The Mouse IgG2a, mAb MOPC-173 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control for several applications: immunofluorescence and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. This isotype control (without label) is also available in low endotoxin for functional studies (Cat.# HI4010 and HI4011).Specifications:

| For mentioned applications dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody for use in their system to a concentration equivalent to the test reagents. |
| Product should be stored undiluted at 4 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year. |
