The Mouse IgG2b, mAb MPC-11 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control for several applications: Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. This isotype control is low endotoxin and is therefore suitable for functional studies.Specifications:

| 50 µg (1.0 mg/ml) 0.2 µm filtered antibody solution in PBS. The endotoxin level is <0.1EU/µg of the protein. |

| For mentioned applications- dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody for use in their system to a concentration equivalent to the test reagents. |
| Product should be stored undiluted at 4°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year. |
